Joseph A. Rossi, Jr. focuses his legal practice on plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicles accidents, medical malpractice (negligence), premises liability (slip/trip and fall), negligence matters, and wrongful death matter. During his entire legal career he has only represented injured people.
Joseph grew up and initially practiced personal injury litigation on behalf of injured people “downstate” in NYC before moving back to his wife’s hometown of Rochester. They are blessed with four children (three sons and a daughter).
Before joining Kammholz Rossi PLLC – Personal Injury Lawyers, he worked at Pirrotti & Glatt Law Firm, PLLC representing injured individuals as a result of motor vehicle accident, medical malpractice, construction accidents and trip/slip fall accidents in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as the surrounding counties.
His father was a retired Police narcotics detective and DEA agent, who owned his own private investigation firm, for which he also worked prior to becoming an attorney. Joseph graduated cum laude both from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and St. John’s University.
